My Story

I was first introduced to Walk the Walk by a friend in 2011 were we walked as a team.of five ladies participating in our bras in the famous Moonwalk ..it was a truly wonderful.fully supported experience raising funds for a much needed cause Breast 🎀 Cancer .

Since 2011 I have participated in countless walking events from 10k to 10 kilometres all around UK and also the Dublin Walk the Walk which was just the best!

Last year 2022 I decicded to join Walk the Walk again and partcipate in the Nijmegen Marches which is the biggest Walk in the World with over 40,000 people from all over the world taking part ...I can not tell you how tgus experience touched my heart ..we walked last year 3 marathons in 4 days ..as the first marathon was cancelled due to the 40 degree heat the organisers had bo choice but to cancel our first day !

So myself and all the team from last year plus new people have decicded to enter this amazing event and hopefully succeed in walking 4 marathons in 4 consecutive days and just pray 🙏 that July stays cool 😎 

The biggest challenge I find is raising these funds as we all.know spare money is hard to find these days but if every person that reads this and kindly digs deep into their pockets every pound donated will go a long way to this most worthy cause ..breast cancer is devasting for any woman any man any person ..so please support me amd our team of walkers in achieving my target 850.00 pound 8,500 dkroner ..the money will be needed to win the battle !
